- 50ml Red Squirrel Gingernut Liqueur
- 25ml El Dorado 8yo rum
- 50ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 50ml Fresh White Grapefruit Juice
- Dash Angostura Bitters
Shake the first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit and a pineapple wedge. Then float the dash of angostura bitters.
