- 50ml Red Squirrel Gingernut Liqueur
- 25ml Ocho Reposado Tequila
- 10ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 75ml Mango Puree (or juice from muddled 1/2 ripe mango)
- 50ml Soda Water
If using fresh mango then muddle the diced fruit with the fresh lime and Red Squirrel Gingernut.
Then Add the Ocho and shake on rock ice and strain into an ice filled highball, then top with the soda water and garnish with wedge of fresh mango.
If using puree, shake all the ingredients on rock ice expect the soda and then follow the directions above.
