Ingredients

  • 50ml Red Squirrel Gingernut
  • 25ml Somerset Cider, Brandy or Calvados
  • 100ml Pressed Apple Juice
  • Dash Angostura Bitters
  • 50ml Ginger Ale
  • Lime Wedge

Method

Build on ice in a highball glass. Stir to chill then top with ginger ale and squeeze a wedge of lime as the garnish.
