- 50ml Red Squirrel Gingernut Liqueur
- 30ml Edinburgh Gin
- 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 20ml Lillet Blanc
- 1 Inch of chopped Lemon Grass
Muddle the lemon grass with the Red Squirrel. Then add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a strand of lemon grass.
