Festive Gingernut Strudel

Ingredients

  • 25ml Gingernut Liqueur
  • 25ml Bison Grass Vodka
  • 100ml Apple JUice
  • 10ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry
  • 15ml Single Cream

Method

Stir all ingredients over ice until well chilled, float cream on top of drink if you can, but stir in with other ingredients if not, strain into cocktail glass and dust with cinnamon powder.
